The brief is to design a website for a university that is modern looking and includes students aged 17-25 appeal a range of ethnic groups and cultures. Pk online have asked for a SWOT analysis of the creation of the website. 

One strength of the Swot analysis is the inclusion of threats which means that PK online can see and understand the threats while creating the website this means they can create contingences which are back up plans so that they are prepared for any threats that may come up. This means that PK online can meet their deadline of 6 months.

Another strength of SWOT analysis is the inclusion of opportunities which means PK online can understand the opportunities a new website for the university it will bring. This will allow the university to attract and appeal to more students as the website will attract all ethnicities and cultures and a range of age groups for potential students
